What is your return policy?
We accept returns for exchange, store credit or a refund within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in sellable condition, with original tags attached and proof of purchase.
Start your return from our Returns & Exchanges page. Returns are processed within 2–4 business days of arriving back with us.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Absolutely. Choose an exchange when you start your return. With an instant exchange, we place a hold for the new item on your card and ship it right away — the hold is released once your return is dropped off with the carrier. You have 21 days to send the original item back.
What sizes do you carry?
Our styles come in sizes XS to XL. Not sure which size to pick? Email us at support@lolitready.com and we'll help you find your fit.
What are your products made of?
Our bras, leggings and onesies are made from Repreve® recycled fabric (83% recycled polyester, 17% spandex) — soft, lightweight, stretchy and opaque. Each yard is made from 13 recycled plastic bottles, and the fabric is certified by GRS, bluesign® and OEKO-TEX®.
Our vegan leather pieces have a PU front with a stretchy polyester-spandex back. Exact details are listed on each product page.
How do I care for my activewear?
Most activewear pieces are machine washable — do not bleach, and iron on a cool setting on the reverse side. Vegan leather pieces should be hand washed and not tumble dried. Always check the care details on the product page.
Do you have a discount for first-time customers?
Yes! Use code WELCOME10 at checkout for 10% off your first order.
