Refund policy

At Lolit Ready, we want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we accept returns for exchange, store credit, or a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in sellable condition, with original tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

How to start a return

Start your return from our Returns & Exchanges page, or email us at support@lolitready.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will send you return instructions.

Refunds

Returns are processed within 2–4 business days after they arrive back with us. We will email you once your return has been inspected and approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, choose an exchange when you start your return. With an instant exchange, we place a hold for the new item on your card and ship it right away. The hold is released once your return is dropped off with the carrier. You have 21 days to ship the original item back. If your return is not in transit after 21 days, your card will be charged the full amount of the new item.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
